1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your use of the 37jl7 website, mobile platform, games, sportsbook, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account or using any part of the 37jl7 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

37jl7 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in violation of the age requirement will be immediately suspended, and any winnings generated during the period of ineligibility may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the 37jl7 Platform, you must register an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share your username or password with any third party.
• Notify 37jl7 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Register only one account. Multiple accounts per player are strictly prohibited.

37jl7 implements a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your 37jl7 account. 37jl7 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 37jl7 Platform are subject to the following terms:

• Deposits: Funds deposited into your 37jl7 wallet are available for wagering immediately upon confirmation. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. 37jl7 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) hour of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. 37jl7 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Currency: All transactions on the 37jl7 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
• Fraud Prevention: Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposits or a verified account in your name. 37jl7 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
• Inactive Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. An administrative fee may apply to dormant accounts in accordance with 37jl7's dormant account policy.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

37jl7 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 37jl7 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• 37jl7 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers – including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or other fraudulent means – will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 37jl7 Platform:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, other user accounts, or 37jl7's systems.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such exploitation must be reported to 37jl7 immediately.
• Using the Platform to launder money or engage in any other financial crime.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Allowing any third party to use your 37jl7 account.

37jl7 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to report such conduct to relevant authorities where required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the 37jl7 Platform – including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout – is the property of 37jl7 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 37jl7 Platform without prior written consent from 37jl7.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 37jl7 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

37jl7 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 37jl7 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform or the information, content, or materials included therein.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain types of damages, 37jl7's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Privacy

37jl7 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the 37jl7 Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may close your 37jl7 account at any time by contacting customer support. Requests for account closure will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any pending transactions or investigations.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 37jl7 Platform shall first be submitted to 37jl7's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

13. Amendments

37jl7 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be effective upon posting to the Platform. Where the amendments are material, 37jl7 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
